What a Day It Will Be
1 Corinthians 15:3-4, 1 Colossians 3:4, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, Titus 2:13

My father, my mother, my sister, my brothers,
Have all gone before me to meet the Lord.
My father, my mother, my sister, my brothers,
Have all gone to meet the Lord.

What a day it will be when my father I see,
He will now understand our broken family.
Though he laboured and toiled by the sweat of his brow,
He's rejoicing in the Lord's presence now.

My father, my mother, my sister, my brothers,
Have all gone to meet the Lord.

What a day it will be when my mother I see,
We will lovingly embrace when she comes to greet me.
She was crippled for so long in her humanity,
But I thank God now her spirit is free.

My father, my mother, my sister, my brothers,
Have all gone to meet the Lord.

What a day it will be when my sister I see,
The cancer will be gone, she will be completely healed.
We will sing once again in sweet harmony,
As we did when she was here with me.

My father, my mother, my sister, my brothers,
Have all gone to meet the Lord.

What a day it will be if my brothers I see,
Standing with my mom and dad, for they were taken suddenly.
But I'm so thankful to know that they heard of Calvary,
Oh what a thrill if they come to meet me!

My father, my mother, my sister, my brothers,
Have all gone to meet the Lord.

What a day it will be when my Jesus I see,
My saviour, My Lord, who shed His blood for me.
He's alive from the dead and that is why I sing,
We shall live, praise His name, He is King.

Someday I'm going to meet with my Saviour,
He died but He lives and He's waiting for me.
And all those who know Him will dwell with Him forever,
What a day, what a day that will be!
What a day, what a day that will be!
Oh what a day, what a day that will be!
