Thank you Lord for helping me understand,
Thank you Lord for taking me by the hand.
Thank you Lord for redeeming me,
Thank you for what you did at Calvary!

Now as I look back dear Lord,
And recall those words I prayed,
You were always guiding me,
Even though I strayed.
Through many trials and heartaches,
My world came tumbling down,
You picked me up and brought me home,
And gave me a crown.

Thank you Lord for touching my life that day.
Thank you Lord for bringing me home to stay.
Thank you Lord for loving me,
I'll thank you forever through eternity.
