Fear Thou Not
Exodus 3:14, Isaiah 41:10, Isaiah 61:1, John 5:5-8, Luke 13:11-13

Have you seen someone broken in body and mind,
And oh how they suffer all of the time,
No one understands them and they cannot explain,
They feel life has failed them and some go insane.

Please help me, please help me, they cry out inside.
But I'm not worthy, I'm guilty, I just want to hide.
I've been hurt and my anger has caused so much pain,
But I can't seem to help it and I feel so ashamed.

There was a woman who was bowed down and doubled in pain,
But when she heard Jesus, new hope to her came,
He touched her, He healed her, and He set her free,
He said, woman thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

Fear thou not for I am with thee, I am thy God,
Be not dismayed, I will strengthen thee yea.
I will help thee, uphold thee with my right hand.
For I the Lord thy God, I Am that I Am.

There was a man who was crippled, thirty-eight years,
He sat by a pool, alone with his tears,
He had no one to help him, he despaired in his soul,
Until Jesus came by and said, wilt thou be made whole?

Please help me, please help me, I've waited so long,
For someone to come by, I know I've done wrong.
He healed Him, He forgave him, and a new life was sought,
And Jesus said, rise, take up they bed and walk.

Fear thou not for I am with thee, I am thy God,
Be not dismayed, I will strengthen thee yea.
I will help thee, uphold thee with my right hand.
For I the Lord thy God, I Am that I Am.

He came to heal the broken-hearted and set the captives free,
God became a man, just for you and me,
Because He knows that we're troubled and empty and lost,
And He asks us to meet Him there at the cross.

He will help you, He will help you, go to Him now,
Don't wait any longer, this is the hour.
He'll forgive you and heal you and wash every stain,
And He'll give you a new life to start over again.

Fear thou not for I am with thee, I am thy God,
Be not dismayed, I will strengthen thee yea.
I will help thee, uphold thee with my right hand.
For I the Lord thy God, I Am that I Am.
